This is a manual for tutors interested in teaching Beginners and Elementary dancers. 

It consists of:

1.       67 formations arranged in a teaching sequence.  The four basic steps are included in the appropriate place.  This sequence is outlined on page 5 which can be enlarged to A3 size, laminated and then posted on the club noticeboard so that the dancers can follow their progress.

2.     The following pages 8 to 35 then take each of the formations in the same sequence and suggest a number of dances that could be useful for teaching that formation or step.  They have been carefully chosen so that only  formations that have already been  taught, plus the current one, appear in the dance.

3.     There is also an index and a list of dances that I consider to be great!!!
